語文中心服務的對象，包括在校的正期學生，以及學術交流之大專院校學生。他們在校的專屬登錄名稱及密碼，離校後依然永遠有效。目前登錄的人數已超過兩千人，每天約有兩百人次上線使用。中心服務與日俱增，是學生在校及畢業後的英語學習平台。
The
current users include the cadets at ROCMA and the students in universities
all over this country. Once they register and obtain their own usernames
and password, they can always access the courses available. There are more
than 2,000 users currently and 200 active users daily
