The campus is situated in Fengshan City, in Kaohsiung County, and adjacent to Daliao Township. The campus is a spacious 234 hectares. The heart of the campus is about 125 hectares and includes the education area, student activities area and physical education area. Annual improvements to the facilities ensure the modernity of the Academy.

　　Thayer, Chih Ching, Chih Lee and Chih Yuan Halls are the four buildings which constitute the education area. Thayer Hall was constructed in 1962 and named in honor of the teaching method developed by Col. Sylvanus Thayer of West Point. In 1988, Chih Ching Hall was added as a result of the need for more teaching space. Chih Lee Hall was added in 2000, concurrent with the academic reforms of 1999 and 2000. In anticipation of future development and in order to ensure a high quality environment for teachers and students, Chih Yuan Hall was built in 2002 and houses the Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Foreign Language, and Physics Departments. The area includes 74 classrooms, 36 professional classrooms, 51 laboratories and 136 research rooms.
